VSPACE="0"></div> <bR> <bR> <bR> <bR> <div> Originally, we designed a pole to carry all of our electronics.  As as can be expected, we continued to add more "stuff."  The two straws that broke the camel's back, so to speak, were the inclusion of a wind generator and a full length sun awning.  Both of these things were incompatible with one another, but I will not bore you with a discussion of why.  We resolved to build an arch similar to the one built by L'ame Libre.  Using this arch, we could easily mount all of our electronics, wind generator, dinghy lift, dinghy engine lift and accommodate our full length awning.  In addition, we were able to get rid of our dinghy davits and we are very please with how the arch can be used to raise and lower our dinghy.  We installed additional cleats on the arch, and if I were to do it all over again.
