<bR> <bR> <bR> <div> Based upon our previous cruising experiences, we submitted 28 pages of change orders, upgrades and additional items in our original specifications for the building of Dakare.  During the boat building phase, Dan spent 60 days at the factory, monitoring and overseeing the construction of the boat.  During that period he generated another 20 pages of change orders.  This all
