Maintenance Functions:

Run once every 3 - 4 weeks
Change Oil every 50 Hrs or once per year
Clean sintered metal filter with soapy water once every year
Change Cartridge in PO Filter system every 36 fills (Temperature Dependent)
Inspect/Clean and Paint compressor stand as necessary
Lube all external Parts

Notes on installing Bauer Junior IIe 3rd  Stage Valve Head Replacement

Follow instructions in MNL-0252 manual - they are minimal.  
You must remove the air lines
Both shrouds must be removed
The fan shroud will slip off around the Intermediate Separator
Special Instructions:
Clean grease off of piston and apply Bauer lube oil to O-Ring
When valve head is on, tighten down all screws for valve head at 7lbs torque
Subsequently, put on Discharge Valve (47141) last and snug down.  Tighten only till it is snug, does not move, </= 5lbs
Use socket wrench to remove piston if replacing using light taps
Replace nylon rings (not identified in manual) when reinstalling piston
