Florence (Firenze) We took a wonderful walking tour of Florence (Highlighted in Yellow).  It starts out at Forte de Belvedere, on the South side of the Arno River.  Proceed along Costa Di San Giorgio South through the Bobolino area and then head over to the Piazzale Michelangelo along Via E Galileo Galilei.  It will provide you with not only a spectacular view of the city and the Duomo, but it will also provide you with a pleasant and rewarding walk through the country side.  Click on the Chart image to the right to see a detailed enlargement of the area.
